Black Husky Brewing Beer Dinner

Black Husky Brewing & The Four Seasons Resort are hosting an exciting Beer Dinner November 3rd at 7:00 PM!

Tim & Toni Eichinger will be our lovely hosts! Tim and Toni have a history in Pembine. Tim was born in the Pembine area and Toni in Milwaukee. They met in high school and after many years in the Milwaukee area they relocated to Pembine in 1999 where they operated a small sled dog kennel with their son Jacob.

Tim started home brewing in 2004 and eventually opened a small brewery on their property in 2010. They called the brewery Black Husky Brewing named after their sled dog Howler. Each of the beers is associated with dogs from their kennel. Word of their beers spread and bars in Milwaukee began contacting them for their beer. Tim would brew and drive to Milwaukee weekly to make deliveries.

Eventually they outgrew their space in Pembine and relocated to Milwaukee in 2016 to open a larger space and be closer to family.
While Tim and Toni have a business in Milwaukee they still have their property in Pembine and consider Pembine and the Northwoods “Home.”

Appetizer

Beer Braised Pork Belly - Pork Belly braised in a flavorful stout, infused with herbs and apple cider. Accompanied with onion, dried apricots, carrots, and chicharrónes. Covered with brown butter and shallot, lemon juice, and grated horseradish.

Paired with Sproose DBL IPA 8.6%

Salad

Scotch Caesar Salad - A bed of Artisan Romaine lettuce, pea tendrils, and fresh dill. Filled with a pea coated scotch egg, Green Apple matchsticks, grated Parmesan cheese, crostini points, and complimented with House made Caesar dressing.

Paired with Saison 8.5%

Soup

Irish Beer Cheese - Rich and creamy Beer Cheese Soup made with Irish lager.

Paired with Oktoberfest 6%

Entree

Roasted Duck breast with Tri Color Quinoa and Passion fruit Beer Gastrique - Roasted duck breast, sliced and placed around a bed of Tri Color Quinoa. Flavored with Pasion Fruit Beer Gastrique, and garnished with cilantro.

Paired with Dogfather Pale Ale 7.2%

Dessert

Chocolate Layer Cake - A moist and fudgy cake full of chocolatey flavor, with chocolate chips and cream

Paired with 2020 Doppelbock and 2021 Quad blend. 9.2%
